1. Making a reservation for one of our villas can only be done per email.
2. You can take a villa in option for two weeks. We will send you a reservation voucher per email for further details.
3 . You have to make a 25% deposit/payment of the total rental amount. This sum will have to be cashed into the account within 14 days of the option. (account details can be found at the bottom of this page)
4. As soon as the deposit has been received, the villa will be booked and you will be informed officially.
5. The rest of the rental sum has to be deposited four weeks prior to arrival.
6. When payment is not fulfilled, the reservation will be cancelled. You will be notified by email.
7. With cancelation, no money will be refunded.
8. You need to take care of your own cancelation insurance.
9. Payment by credit card is not possible.
10. Payment of the villa will be in EURO. (Instead another agreement)
11. Meals and consumptions will be billed on departure at the office manager. This will be in Indonesian Rupiah.
12. In case you want to post phone your stay and the villa is available, you need to pay for the extra nights in Indonesian Rupiah (according to the going daily rate) at the office manager.
